Let me introduce the artist behind this initiative, Israel "Noy" Gonzales of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental Philippines, the pride of Negros. Noy and his team of talented Bacolod artists created an amazing Christmas installation at Bacolod City Public Plaza out of recycled spaghetti wires, spearheaded by newly elected Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez.
