Filipina Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and internet personality Glenda Dela Cruz has garnered international acclaim for her business achievements and innovations. The 27-year-old visionary, leading the beauty and lifestyle brand Brilliant Skin Essentials, was honored with the 2024 Inspiring Women Excellence Award on June 15 in Jakarta, Indonesia. This prestigious accolade places her among Asia's most successful entrepreneurs.

Miss Glenda, as she is fondly known, shared her gratitude and joy on social media, dedicating the award to her team, distributors, consumers, and her beloved country. "I’m a FILIPINA, FILIPINA WINNER! 🥇 Thank you Lord for all the blessings. 🙏🙏🙏 This is for all of you, Brilliants! 💎 Para sa mahal kong Pilipinas. 🇵🇭," she posted on both Facebook and Instagram, along with photos from the event.

In her acceptance speech, Miss Glenda outlined her ambitious plans to expand her business empire across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. "Now I’m 27 years old, from Brilliant Skin Essentials, we have now Brilliant Cafe, Brilliant Aesthetics and Spa," she announced, proudly holding a Philippine flag.

She further revealed upcoming ventures, including the launch of a hotel and spa in Malaysia next month, her own manufacturing plant, a construction firm named Brilliant Builders, Brilliant Medical Group, Brilliants by G, iFarm, and iFuel, a petroleum company. Additionally, she announced her entry into the real estate market in Dubai.

Miss Glenda, hailing from Morong, Rizal, also expressed her aspiration to penetrate the Indonesian market, marking another milestone in her entrepreneurial journey.
