Calling all Filipino developers and tech enthusiasts! Isla Camp Ph is hosting a thrilling hackathon "iThink Hackathon: Pump Up the JAM" that is set to kick off from July 16 to July 31, inviting Filipino participants to showcase their skills in creating cutting-edge web applications and games. This event is designed to foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration among developers nationwide. Participants will work on projects in one or two tracks: Web Application or Web Game Application, both utilizing backend APIs deployed on the Internet Computer Protocol.

Hosted online, the event spans several stages:

Registration: Open from June 28 to July 13 only, participants can sign up for either the Web Application Track, focusing on innovative web applications utilizing ICP for backend services and API integration, or the Web Game Application Track, where creativity in interactive gaming experiences is key.

Kick-off and Development: Starting on July 16, participants will dive into development, harnessing their talents to craft functional and engaging projects until July 25.

Submission & Judging: From July 26 to July 31, submissions will be evaluated by expert judges, with winners announced shortly thereafter.

Prizes: The competition offers generous rewards, including ₱50,000 for first place, ₱30,000 for second place, and ₱20,000 for third place in each track. Additionally, special awards such as the ₱12,500 Special DApp Award and the ₱12,500 Special Game Award recognize outstanding achievements in specific categories.
